  Music Credit : - Bajre Da Sitta ( Rasmeet Kaur, Deep Kalsi & Ikka ) Thandai Premix Recipe Ingredients  Fennel Seeds ( 1.5 Tbsp )  Cloves ( 2    pcs )  Black peppercorns ( 10-12    )  Cardamom ( 4 pcs )  Melon Seeds ( 1.5 - 2 Tbsp )  Poppy Seeds ( 1-1.5 Tbsp )  Sugar ( 150-200gms )   Mixed Dry Fruits ( 1 Small Cup )  Nutmeg ( 1 )  Gulkand ( 1 Tbsp )  Please Note :-  You can modify the portion size as per your taste preference  You can increase or decrease the sweetness level as required

Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi Ingredients: - 1 Tsp Oil 1 Dry Green Chilli, chopped ½ Tsp Wray & carom seeds (Mixed ) Pinch of Asafoetida 2 Large Tomatoes, chopped & seedless Salt to taste Add water as required Pinch of Turmeric Powder ½ Tbsp Coriander Powder 1.5 Tbsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder   1 Tsp Coriander leaves ( for garnishing ) 4-5 Tbsp Nylon Sev   ( 1 Cup ) Pinch of Sugar ( Optional ) Your Sev Tamatar ki Sabzi is ready   Please Note : - You need to wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds & chop them before starting Pinch is equivalent to 1/8th Tsp No Cumin ( Jeera ) is used in this recipe You can reduce the spice portions if you prefer less spicy Sev needs to be crispy & not moist / soggy Sugar is optional

Raw Mango Rice Recipe Ingredients 1 Raw Mango  (Washed & Grated ) 200 gms Cooked Rice  ( 2-3 Cups )   2 Tbsp Oil  1/2 Tsp Wray 2 Dry Red Chillies  1 Tbsp Chana Dal  1 Tsp Urad Dal  2 Green Chillies  ( Slit )   Few Curry Leaves  Pinch of Asafoetida  1/2 Tsp Ginger Chilli Paste  1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder  1/2 Tsp Sesame seeds  2 Tbsp Roasted peanuts  Add water as required  2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves  Salt to Taste  2 Tbsp Grated Coconut ( Garnishing ) Please Note :-  Pinch is equivalent to 1/8th Tsp  You can adjust the spice portion to suit your taste buds  Garnishing with grated coconut, coriander & raw mangoes is optional Add 1 Tsp sugar if you find Raw mangoes too khatta

Batata Vada Recipe Instructions Step 1 * Take a pan  * Add 1 tsp oil  * 1 dry red chilli  * Pinch of wray  *  Add 1/2 tsp urad dal * Add 1 tbsp of garlic + ginger + green chilli * Add 1 tsp turmeric powder * Add 1 tsp coriander powder  * Pinch of asafoetida  * Few curry leaves  * Sauté the paste for a  minute  * Take 3 mash potatoes in a bowl * Pour the sauté mixture on top of these mashed potatoes. * Remove the red chiili pieces  * Sprinkle some coriander leaves. * Add few drips of lemon juice  * Mix it well & make medium size round balls * Keep this on the side

Cold Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream

Music Credit : - Death Bed ( Coffee for your head ) By Powfu  Ft Beabadoobee  Cold Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream ( Recipe for 1 )   1. Take an Empty Glass  2. Add 2 Tsp Coffee Powder  3. Add 2 Tsp Sugar  4. Pour ½ Tsp Milk   5. Beat it ( Use your hand ) 6. Add 3 Cubes of Ice 7. 1 Spoon of Beat Coffee  8. Pour 100 ml Milk 9. Blend it  10. Pour 50 ml Milk  11. 1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream 12. Sprinkle ½ Tsp Coffee Powder  13. Top it with 1 Tsp of Beat Coffee 14. Grate some Chocolate & add some chocolate pieces ( Optional ) 15. Your Cold Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream is ready to serve    Please Note: -  • If you don’t prefer ice please use chilled milk  • You can skip sugar if required • You can use any coffee powder of your choice • You can skip Grating chocolate and add a touch of cinnamon powder if you like • You can use Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream  • Modify the portion as per your taste preference. 

Mango Phirni Recipe

Mango Phirni Recipe Instuctions : - In a Kadai Boil ½  Litre milk Soak 25 gms Basmati Rice for 20 - 30 minutes Discard the water and blend rice to coarse paste & keep  it aside Now add in 25 gms prepared course rice paste Boil the milk till the rice gets cooked completely, Cut 1 full mango and make a pulp out of it Add this pulp slowly in the mix & stir it continuously. Add 1 tbsp Cashew and Almond Paste. Add 1 tsp Cardamom powder   The proportion mix should be ( for every 1 litre milk there should be 25 gms rice and 50 gms of sugar ) Depending upon the sweetness of your mango add sugar in adequate quantity. Turn off the gas and let it cool down. Pour it in a serving bowl and keep it in the fridge to cool.  Sprinkle your fav Dry Fruits & enjoy.

Veg Drumstick Curry Recipe Ingredients : - 4 Tbsp Oil 1 Dry Red Chilli Pinch of Wray 3-4 Curry Leaves Pinch of Asafoetida 1 Drumstick , chopped & washed 2 Cups of Water 1 Cup Thick Butter Milk ( Chaas ) 250 gms Besan 1 Tsp Ginger Chilli Paste 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder Salt to Taste 1/2 Tsp Jaggery ( Gud ) 1 Tsp Coriander leaves for Garnishing   Please Note : - Pinch is equivalent to 1/8th Tsp  If you don’t wish to use Jaggery / sugar for sweetness then use fresh Curd ( Dahi ) You can modify the spice portions to suit your taste preference
