Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi
Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi Ingredients: -
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1 Dry Green Chilli,
chopped
- ½ Tsp Wray & carom
seeds (Mixed )
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- 2 Large Tomatoes, chopped
& seedless
- Salt to taste
- Add water as required
- Pinch of Turmeric
Powder
- ½ Tbsp Coriander
Powder
- 1.5 Tbsp Spicy Red
Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves ( for garnishing )
- 4-5 Tbsp Nylon Sev ( 1 Cup )
- Pinch of Sugar (
Optional )
- Your Sev Tamatar ki
Sabzi is ready
Please Note
: -
- You need to wash the
tomatoes, remove the seeds & chop them before starting
- Pinch is equivalent to 1/8th Tsp
- No Cumin ( Jeera ) is
used in this recipe
- You can reduce the
spice portions if you prefer less spicy
- Sev needs to be crispy
& not moist / soggy
- Sugar is optional
