Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi









Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi Ingredients: -

  1. 1 Tsp Oil
  2. 1 Dry Green Chilli, chopped
  3. ½ Tsp Wray & carom seeds (Mixed )
  4. Pinch of Asafoetida
  5. 2 Large Tomatoes, chopped & seedless
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Add water as required
  8. Pinch of Turmeric Powder
  9. ½ Tbsp Coriander Powder
  10. 1.5 Tbsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder
  11.  1 Tsp Coriander leaves ( for garnishing )
  12. 4-5 Tbsp Nylon Sev  ( 1 Cup )
  13. Pinch of Sugar ( Optional )
  14. Your Sev Tamatar ki Sabzi is ready

 

Please Note : -

  • You need to wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds & chop them before starting
  • Pinch is equivalent to 1/8th Tsp
  • No Cumin ( Jeera ) is used in this recipe
  • You can reduce the spice portions if you prefer less spicy
  • Sev needs to be crispy & not moist / soggy
  • Sugar is optional
