Mango Phirni Recipe


















Mango Phirni Recipe Instuctions : -

  • In a Kadai Boil ½  Litre milk
  • Soak 25 gms Basmati Rice for 20 - 30 minutes
  • Discard the water and blend rice to coarse paste & keep  it aside
  • Now add in 25 gms prepared course rice paste
  • Boil the milk till the rice gets cooked completely,
  • Cut 1 full mango and make a pulp out of it
  • Add this pulp slowly in the mix & stir it continuously.
  • Add 1 tbsp Cashew and Almond Paste.
  • Add 1 tsp Cardamom powder  
  • The proportion mix should be ( for every 1 litre milk there should be 25 gms rice and 50 gms of sugar )
  • Depending upon the sweetness of your mango add sugar in adequate quantity.
  • Turn off the gas and let it cool down.
  • Pour it in a serving bowl and keep it in the fridge to cool. 
  • Sprinkle your fav Dry Fruits & enjoy.
