Raw Mango Rice Recipe Ingredients
- 1 Raw Mango (Washed & Grated )
- 200 gms Cooked Rice ( 2-3 Cups )
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Wray
- 2 Dry Red Chillies
- 1 Tbsp Chana Dal
- 1 Tsp Urad Dal
- 2 Green Chillies ( Slit )
- Few Curry Leaves
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp Roasted peanuts
- Add water as required
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Tbsp Grated Coconut ( Garnishing )
Please Note :-
- Pinch is equivalent to 1/8th Tsp
- You can adjust the spice portion to suit your taste buds
- Garnishing with grated coconut, coriander & raw mangoes is optional
- Add 1 Tsp sugar if you find Raw mangoes too khatta
