Raw Mango Rice Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 Raw Mango (Washed & Grated )
  • 200 gms Cooked Rice ( 2-3 Cups ) 
  • 2 Tbsp Oil 
  • 1/2 Tsp Wray
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies 
  • 1 Tbsp Chana Dal 
  • 1 Tsp Urad Dal 
  • 2 Green Chillies ( Slit ) 
  • Few Curry Leaves 
  • Pinch of Asafoetida 
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Chilli Paste 
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder 
  • 1/2 Tsp Sesame seeds 
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted peanuts 
  • Add water as required 
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves 
  • Salt to Taste 
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Coconut ( Garnishing )


Please Note :- 

  • Pinch is equivalent to 1/8th Tsp 
  • You can adjust the spice portion to suit your taste buds 
  • Garnishing with grated coconut, coriander & raw mangoes is optional
  • Add 1 Tsp sugar if you find Raw mangoes too khatta
