PANEER BREAD PAKODA RECIPE
Paneer Bread Pakora Recipe Ingredients : -
Step 1 : - Preparing the Mixture / Filling
• 3 Boiled Potatoes, Mashed
• 1 Tbsp Oil
• 1 Tsp Cumin
• Pinch of Asafoetida
• 5-6 Curry Leaves
• 1 Tsp green ginger chilli paste
• Salt to Taste
• ½ Tsp Chaat Masala
• ½ Tsp Garlic Chutney
• 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 5-6 Drops of Lemon Juice
• Sprinkle some Coriander Leaves
• Mix it properly & keep it aside for 5-10 mins
Step 2 : - Batter Preparation
• 2 Cups of Gram Flour
• ½ Tsp Cooking Soda / Eno
• Salt to Taste
• Pinch of Asafoetida
• Few Ajwain seeds , crushed by hand
• ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
• Use adequate water to form a Consistent Batter
Step 3: - Final Preparation
• 4 Slices of Bread
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 2 Tbsp Green Coriander Chutney
• 25 gms of paneer, chunks
• 1 Amul Cheese Slice ( Optional )
• 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup (Optional )
• Adequate Oil to Deep Fry this Dish
• Gently deep fry on both sides
• Use Tissue to drain out excess oil
• Cut it into two halves
• Your Paneer Bread pakoda is ready to serve
