  Song Credit :- Friendships ( Org ) Pascal Letoublon Fruit Chaat Recipe Ingredients  1 Small Bowl Papaya, sliced  6-8 Black Grapes, sliced  1/2 Apple, sliced  10-12 Green Grapes, sliced   1 Bowl Pomegranate  3 pieces of Orange , peeled  1 Small Banana, sliced   4-6 Strawberries, sliced  Salt to Taste  Pinch of Pink Salt  🧂   Pinch of Chaat Masala Pinch of Black Pepper  4-5 drops of Lemon Juice  1/2 Tsp Grated sugar ( Optional )  2-3 Mint Leaves ( Optional )  Please Note :-  You can use your favourite fruits and customise it as per your taste buds  Grated Sugar & Mint leaves is optional for this recipe  This Recipe ingredient serves 2 ppl so modify the portion size accordingly

Dal Makhani is usually served with Garlic Naan, Tandoori Roti or Jeera Rice Song Credit :- Dil N a Jaaneya Remix By DJ Chetas   Dal Makhani Recipe Ingredients 200 gms Whole Black Lentils / Urad Dal   50 gms Red Kidney Beans / Rajma  - Optional  Soak in 500 ml water 1 Bay leaf   1/2 Tbsp Salt 1 Tbsp Oil 4 whistles in a Pressure cooker 1 Tbsp Ghee 2 Red Chilli Dry 1 pinch Cumin   1 pinch Asafoetida  1 inch Ginger, chopped 2 dry Green Chilli 2 Small Onions, finely chopped 1 Tbsp Coriander powder 1 Tbsp Red chilli powder 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder Salt to Taste 2 Tomatoes , chopped 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala 1 Tbsp Full Cream 1 Tbsp Makkhan ( Desi butter ) Please Note : -  Soak Lentils & Rajma overnight or atleast for 8 hours before starting the recipe Red Kidney beans ( Rajma ) are optional if you dont wish to add Spice portions can be modified as per your taste prefe

    Recipe Ingredients     50 gms Seviyan     1 Tbsp Ghee     1.5 Cup Milk     50 gms sugar     1/2 Tbsp cardamom powder     1 Tbsp Dry Fruits Please Note :-  Quantity of Seviyan & Sugar should be the same  Milk portion should be 1.5 times of Seviyan used for the recipe  I’ve used almond & pistachio .  You can modify the level of sweetness to suit your taste preference
